REFUND POLICY – LUMINA RITUALS

We offer refunds only under the conditions listed below. By purchasing from Lumina Rituals, you agree to this policy.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Clear photo proof
     

  • Your order number
     

If approved, we will issue either a:

  • Replacement

    OR
     

  • Full refund (at our discretion)

Incorrect Item Received

If you received the wrong item, notify us within 48 hours, and we will correct it at no additional cost.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will NOT be issued for:

  • Buyer’s remorse
     

  • Incorrect address entered at checkout
     

  • Shipping delays due to carrier issues
     

  • Used, worn, or opened products
     

  • Normal wear and tear

Chargebacks

Any chargeback filed without contacting us first will be disputed with:

  • Delivery confirmation
     

  • Tracking proof
     

  • Order records
     

Fraud will be pursued.
